I hope your seasons are going well. In a couple of short weeks, we will be at the State HS tournament. The season goes by quick. With that, SDUSAW wanted to get out an information letter on JR Duals. We are excited to be taking at least one team if not two to this tournament. We are excited to build on last year's success at Fargo and feel we will have very competitive teams.
I know the current season is still going on, but it is time to start thinking about off-season plans. Wrestling USA Freestyle and Greco is the best way to sharpen your skills and learn new technique and positions that will enhance your wrestling skills. It is also a lot of fun and is a more relaxed atmosphere than other off-season tournaments and camps. Wrestling in Northern Plains, JR and 16U duals, FARGO as well as the training camps that lead up to some of these tournaments and other USA tournaments is a great way to improve your wrestling experience.
In talking to wrestlers this year throughout the state we have many very good wrestlers and returning All-Americans committed to going to JR duals. Some of the added benefits are getting in additional Freestyle matches, being exposed to college coaches, and be around a bunch of great wrestlers from your home state and develop awesome relationships and memories. This year's JR duals will be held in Milwaukee, WI, which is absolutely awesome in the Summer. In the letter you will find a link to register and more information about the training camp and tournament.
