HWA will have a open room in August. Starting August 3rd the room will be open on Sundays from 2 pm - 5 pm. The dates will be August 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th. For all spring and summer registered members its free. All nonmembers its $20.00 for all 4 Sundays. Must have a current USA wrestling card and a signed waiver (you can find on our website). We will have coaches there to help you with anything you need. We recommend you bring a partner so are guaranteed to have someone to workout with.
