The Viking RTC is excited to kick off its annual Freestyle and Greco Practices starting March 3! These sessions are designed for high school athletes, but youth athletes are also welcome to join. Practices will be led by the Augustana Wrestling staff and athletes, focusing on foundational and advanced freestyle and Greco techniques, high-quality drilling, and live wrestling.
Practice Details:
- Time: 5:30–7:00 PM
- Dates:
- March: 3, 6, 10, 17, 20, 24, 27, 31
- April: 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 24, 28
- May: 1
- Cost: $125
- Location: Augustana University - Elmen Center, 2505 S Grange Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105
Requirements:
All participants must hold a current USA Wrestling membership.
